The 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment process has begun. A call for applications will be published in the local newspaper on Saturday, October 31, 2009. The deadline for applications is December 1, 2009 5pm. Applications are available at the Development Services Department or can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application
The process to amend the Comprehensive Plan has a different schedule this year. The City will be processing amendments through a docket process. All application received will be placed on a docket along with other mandatory requirements and discretionary items. This preliminary docket will be reviewed by Planning Commission and the City Council through a public hearing process prior to approval. The approved docket, referred to as the Annual Docket will define the scope of amendments for the year.
